How long will it take for my order to be shipped? 

Because we handmake each of our products, our lead times may vary according to our current sales volume. We are currently working on a 1-2 week lead time for all regular orders

If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express for online orders.

You may also call to make an order over the phone. If you use a credit card, your order will ship as soon as it is completed. If you pay by personal check, your order will ship after we receive your check and is completed.

Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.  Nautical Paws will not give out any of your personal information 

Returns/Exchanges

Nautical Paws accepts returns/exchanges for credit or exchange within 30 days and accompanied by a sales receipt. A full refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Gift recipients will be given a nonrefundable merchandise credit. Please send all return inquires to nauticalpaws@msn.com. There will be no returns or credits given on custom orders.

Product Care
When the time comes to wash the collar or leash please hand wash.
